Raghavendra Bapuji

Raghavendra Bapuji has extensive experience in database management and administration. Raghavendra started their career at Mediciti Hospitals in Hyderabad, India, where they led multiple projects and collaborated with clients to establish system requirements. Raghavendra then joined CNF, where they served as the Lead Oracle Applications Database Administrator, leading a team and designing front-end applications for clients like Nortel Networks and Hewlett Packard/Dr Pepper. Raghavendra then worked at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Database Administrator, managing offshore product development and designing a critical module for the F@st application. Raghavendra later moved to Intuit, where they contributed as a Senior Database Administrator and played a key role in building the Intuit Canada Portal. Raghavendra then joined Epcor as an Oracle Database Administrator, responsible for data security, patching, monitoring, and upgrading Oracle databases. Currently, Raghavendra works at Capital Power Corporation as the Manager of Databases and Storage, leading a team in managing Oracle/SQL databases and NetApp storage across multiple North American locations. Raghavendra focuses on coaching and mentoring team members and fostering collaboration with other teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Raghavendra Bapuji began their education journey in 1992 at Osmania University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Physics, and Statistics. Raghavendra completed this degree in 1994. During the same period, from 1992 to 1994, Raghavendra also pursued an M.Sc in Applied Statistics at Osmania University.

In addition to their formal education, Raghavendra has obtained a certification in Cloud Computing: BC/DR Best Practices from LinkedIn in April 2021.
