Sean F. has a diverse work experience. Sean started their career at Sturgeon County in 2012 as a Network Technician, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Capital Power as an Energy Management Engineer-In-Training. Sean then progressed to the role of Industrial Controls Engineer-In-Training in 2020 and eventually became an Industrial Controls Engineer in June 2022.
Sean F. began their education in 2011 at NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology), where they pursued Electronics Engineering Technology. Sean attended NAIT until 2013. Following their time at NAIT, Sean F. enrolled at the University of Alberta in 2013. Sean studied there until 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Electrical Engineering.

Capital Power Corporation is a North American power producing company. The Company develops, acquires, operates and optimizes power generation from a range of energy sources. The Company is engaged in the operation of electrical generation facilities within Canada, including Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario, and in the United States, including North Carolina, New Mexico and Kansas. It also holds a portfolio of wind and solar development sites in the United States. It owns over 3, 200 megawatts (MW) of power generation capacity at approximately 20 facilities across North America and owns approximately 370 MW of capacity through its interest in the Sundance C power purchase arrangement (Sundance PPA).
