Terry Nealy

Terry Nealy possesses extensive experience in plant management and operations within the energy sector, currently serving as Plant Manager for Capital Power since September 2015, following previous roles as Operations Manager. Prior to this, Terry worked at Cogentrix Energy, LLC, for nearly a decade in various supervisory positions, including Maintenance Supervisor and Shift Supervisor, and earlier roles as Control Room Operator and Technician II. Terry's career began in the 1970s, working in various positions in retail and HVAC sales, which laid a foundational understanding of inventory management and customer service. Educational qualifications were obtained from Robeson Community College and Lumberton High School.
