Tom McKenna

Tom McKenna is an experienced professional in the fields of economics and project management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Capitals Coalition since November 2021, where Tom leads projects related to the integrated capitals approach and systems thinking. Prior to this role, Tom worked as an Economist at Scottish Natural Heritage, managing significant projects such as the Natural Capital Asset Index and contributing to economic frameworks for natural capital investments. Early career experiences include managerial and administrative roles at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust and Just Retirement, complemented by a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Ecological Economics from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.
