Simisola Ojumu

Simisola (Joseph) Ojumu serves as the Managing Director of Investment Banking at CapitalSage Holdings since August 2023, overseeing the development of global businesses from Africa. With extensive experience in equities and fixed income sales, Simisola held the position of Vice President at Absa Group from February 2019 to September 2025, where leadership resulted in over $55 million raised for various corporates and significant trading on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. Previous roles include Equity Sales at Renaissance Capital, Head of Institutional Sales at CardinalStone Partners Limited, Senior Analyst at WSTC Financial Services Limited, and Analyst in Corporate Finance at LeadCapital Limited. Simisola earned an MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and also attended the University of Lagos.
