Arvin Harinarain is currently serving as the Salesforce Platform and Software Development Manager at Capitec since July 2023, focusing on client engagement and Salesforce CRM solutions including VOiCE and Chat. Prior to this role, Arvin spent over a decade at Absa Group, where responsibilities included serving as Technology Lead for multiple strategic initiatives within the retail segment on the Salesforce platform, as well as acting as Technical Product Owner for the GroupWide Customer On-Boarding Platform. Earlier experience includes a position as a Microsoft SharePoint Consultant at SMC Enterprise, where work was centered on the governance and enhancement of the SharePoint Intranet for LabCorp, and an Analyst/Programmer role at GijimaAst. Arvin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
