Caitlin Blair is a seasoned professional with a robust background in data and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics - Client Value at Capitec Bank since June 2017. With a progressive career at Capitec, Caitlin has held various roles including Team Leader and Senior BI Analyst, where strategic decision-making and mentoring of junior analysts were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes managing the national distribution center portfolio for liquor and tobacco at Shoprite as the Value Chain Optimization Manager, along with previous roles focusing on supply chain management and analysis. Caitlin holds an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School and additional qualifications in engineering management and mathematical sciences from Stellenbosch University.
