Liisa Kleinhans currently serves as a Learning Partner at Capitec, where employment commenced in June 2025. Prior to this, Liisa held the position of Organisational Development Lead at Hyperclear Tech from December 2024 to June 2025, expanding organisational development services across a portfolio of technology companies. Liisa's experience also includes a role as Senior Organisational Development Specialist at Cyberlogic, where significant contributions were made in establishing Centres of Excellence and executing psychometric assessments. Engagements with the Society for Industrial & Organisational Psychology South Africa further reflect Liisa's commitment to professional development in the field. Previous roles include leadership positions in organizational development consulting at Neurozone® and LUVERA Human Capital Consulting, as well as foundational consulting experience at Work Dynamics. Liisa holds a Master of Commerce in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has extensive educational experience, including teaching at Stellenbosch University.
