McKenzie Jones

McKenzie Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, talent management, and recruitment. Currently serving as Senior Business Partner for Learning and Capabilities at ITG Brands, McKenzie has designed and scaled training programs to enhance Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, relaunched compliance training, and developed performance-related workshops. Previous roles at Ashley Furniture Industries included Learning Manager for Talent and Succession Planning and Leadership and Professional Development, where McKenzie played a pivotal role in creating a new Talent Management vertical and revamping onboarding programs for over 30,000 employees. Starting as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter specializing in IT and security roles, McKenzie has a strong foundation in workforce development. McKenzie holds a Bachelor of Science in Security Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from East Carolina University, along with a Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School.
