James Dowling

James Dowling is a seasoned professional in the fields of learning, development, and talent management, currently serving as Partner at HKA since September 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing global learning initiatives. Prior to this role, James held positions such as Global Learning, Development and Succession Director at HKA and Associate Director of Leadership and Learning at Baker McKenzie from 2019 to 2021. James also served as Head of Learning & Talent Development at NCS from 2017 to 2019 and European Learning and Development Manager at Baker McKenzie from 2014 to 2017.
