Riaan Fouche

Riaan Fouche is a seasoned professional in the franchising sector, currently serving as the Head of Franchising at Mercantile Bank South Africa since February 2020. Prior to this role, Riaan held various senior positions at FNB South Africa from September 2005 to January 2020, including Head of FNB Franchising - International Development and Head of FNB Franchising Industry Focus and New Niches. Riaan's career in the franchising industry began at Absa, where responsibilities included Head of Franchising and Franchise Specialist from January 1998 to August 2005. Riaan's academic background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), an Advanced Franchise Diploma, and completion of a three-year Executive Management Program in Business/Managerial Economics, after studying at Hoerskool John Vorster from 1984 to 1988.
