Thomas H.

Thomas H. is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and data analytics. Thomas co-founded Capitol and Foodshed.io, and also played significant roles at GSA as the Director of the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence, and the Director of the Data Analytics Center of Excellence. Additionally, Thomas served as a Technical Advisor for the Technology Modernization Fund. Thomas held the position of Managing Director at IB5k and was a co-founder of Correlate.io. Thomas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology from Columbia University and attended Washington University in St. Louis between 2001 and 2002.
