Freddy Cova

Freddy Cova is an experienced project manager and podcast host, currently serving as the host of the Eco Mental Podcast since October 2023. At Capitol Building Supply Inc since June 2016, Freddy has held various roles including Project Manager and Technical Sales Leader, where responsibilities have included managing engineering teams and implementing successful sales strategies that increased profits in 2022. Previously, Freddy co-founded MCC Group, LLC, successfully overseeing operations for a rental car business and managing fleet performance. Early career experiences include a mechanical engineering internship at HDR, focusing on HVAC systems. Freddy holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems from Northeastern University, as well as a background in Mechanical Engineering and an Associate's Degree in Engineering.
