Jeff Carroll

Jeff Carroll is a seasoned political professional with extensive experience in legislative and energy policy. Currently serving as a Partner at Capitol Counsel, LLC since August 2021, Carroll previously held the position of Staff Director for the House Committee on Energy and Commerce from January 2015 to August 2021. Notably, Carroll's career also includes a significant tenure with Congressman Frank Pallone Jr., where roles encompassed Chief of Staff, Legislative Director, Legislative Assistant, and Executive Assistant from September 1997 to December 2014. Carroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from The George Washington University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
