Nick Bouknight

Nick Bouknight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, communications, and political strategy. Currently serving as a Partner at Capitol Counsel, LLC since December 2022, Bouknight previously held significant roles including Director of Issue Advocacy at American Action Network and Executive Director for both the Trailblazers Fund at the Congressional Leadership Fund and Team McCarthy. Additional experience includes positions as Principal at Capitol Counsel LLC, Communications Director for the California Senate Republican Caucus, and Deputy Staff Counsel and Media Relations Director at Alliance Defending Freedom. Bouknight's earlier career features leadership roles at YG Network and YG Action Fund, as well as serving as Deputy Chief of Staff and Communications Director for Congressman Kevin McCarthy. Bouknight holds a Juris Doctor from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Villanova University.
