Jeannine Fenlon, LCSW, has a diverse work experience in the social services field. Jeannine started their career in 2004 as a Homelessness Prevention Specialist at Deborah's Place, where they worked until 2006. Jeannine then joined Metropolitan Family Services as a Social Worker from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, they started working at the Capitol County Children’s Collaborative as a Care Manager Supervisor, and later became a Program Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operations Officer at the same organization. In addition, they worked as a Per Diem Therapist at The Community YMCA from 2008 to 2011.
Jeannine Fenlon, LCSW, obtained a Master of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Chicago, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Richmond from 1998 to 2002, earning a degree in Sociology and Spanish. In addition to their degrees, Jeannine holds the certification of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); however, the details regarding the institution and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.

Capitol County Children’s Collaborative (CCCC) is a non-profit Care Management Organization (CMO) located in Mercer County, NJ. CCCC works with youth and their families ages 5-21 with emotional, behavioral and/or substance abuse challenges, intellectual, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities. Capitol County Children's Collaborative 's Mission and Vision is to empower children and families by providing individualized care that promotes healthy and independent family functioning.
