Shannon Cooper

Shannon Cooper is an experienced professional in client services and nonprofit management, currently serving as the Senior Client Services Manager at Capitol Securities Management Inc. since September 2016. Previously, Shannon held the position of Assistant Director at Meals on Wheels of NEPA from July 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, managing staff and volunteers, enhancing customer relations, developing menus, coordinating events, and fundraising. Additionally, Shannon served as the Director of Volunteer Services at the same organization, managing a team of over 200 volunteers while also handling marketing and public relations efforts. Shannon holds a qualification from FINRA.
