Belinda Beagle has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Belinda started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at the Kansas Department of Revenue in 1988, where they worked until 1995. Belinda then joined the University of Oklahoma in 2005 as an Information Technology Analyst II. During their time there, they worked extensively on the student system and also played a key role in the conversion team to Banner. Belinda was responsible for working with mainframe cobol, jcl, vsam, tso, and the cognos software for report writing. In 2011, Beagle transitioned to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as an Application Developer. Belinda primarily worked with Cognos, handling tasks ranging from report writing to software installation and configuration. Most recently, Belinda Beagle joined Capitol Federal® Savings Bank in 2020 as a Business Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Belinda Beagle attended Prairie View High School from 1980 to 1984. Belinda then pursued higher education at Emporia State University from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Information Systems and Accounting.
