Michel' Cole

Michel' Cole has extensive experience in corporate communications and public affairs, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Capitol Federal® Savings Bank since January 2017. Previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at Westar Energy from February 2014 to June 2018 and served as Vice President of Corporate Communications/Brand Strategy at Security Benefit from January 2003 to January 2014. Michel' Cole has a proven track record in managing corporate communications during significant organizational changes, including acquisitions and workforce transitions. Leadership experience also includes serving as President of the Board of Trustees at Topeka Collegiate School and roles in several communications firms. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Washburn University.
