IT Security Admin at Capitol Federal Savings Bank

Rich Hines has a work experience spanning over two decades. Rich began their career in December 1999 as an IT Project/Resource Manager at the Kansas Air National Guard, where they worked until November 2019. During their time there, they also served as a Cyber Security/IT Project/Plans and Policy Supervisor from November 2019 to August 2021. In August 2021, they joined Advantage Tech as an Information Technology Security Analyst and worked until March 2022. Currently, they are employed as an IT Security Admin at Capitol Federal Savings Bank, starting from March 2022.

Rich Hines attended The University of Kansas from 1989 to 1996, where they studied Biology. Rich did not obtain a degree during this period. In addition to their formal education, Rich Hines has obtained several certifications. In 2012, they became a Certified Ethical Hacker through EC-Council, and in 2011, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from ISC2. Rich has also completed various courses through FEMA, including ICS-100, Introduction to Incident Command System, ICS-200, ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents, IS-208, State Disaster Management, IS-700, National Incident Management System, and IS-800, National Response Framework. The specific months and years of completion for the FEMA courses are not provided.
