Paula Ledbetter

Paula Ledbetter currently serves as Operations Manager at Capitol Financial Solutions since May 2023. Prior to this role, Paula worked as an Operational Specialist at Virginia Asset Management from January to May 2023. Paula held significant positions at Blessed Sacrament Huguenot Catholic School from July 2013 to December 2022, including Head of School, where the focus was on providing a values-based curriculum, and Director of Admissions, promoting Catholic education. Earlier in Paula's career, experience at Sweet Briar College included roles as Associate Director of Admission and Assistant Director of Alumnae Relations from May 2006 to June 2013, where responsibilities involved alumnae engagement and event coordination. Paula earned a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing from Sweet Briar College.
