Henry Johnson

Henry Johnson has worked in the finance and investment banking industry for the past seven years. In 2014, they began their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Victory Park Securities. In 2015, they held the same position at Jefferies. The following year, they were promoted to Investment Banking Analyst at the same company. In 2019, Johnson moved to The Carlyle Group, where they held the role of Private Equity Associate, specializing in U.S. Buyout and Aerospace, Defense & Government Services. In 2022, they joined Capitol Meridian Partners as Vice President.

Henry Johnson attended Collegiate School from 1999 to 2012. In 2012, they graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. In July 2016, they obtained their Series 63 and 79 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
