Justino Santana Jr.

As the Director of People at Capitol Tech Solutions, Justino leads company culture and employee development as they strive to become one of the best places to work in Sacramento.

He is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including recruiting/retention, benefits, hiring/onboarding, performance management, compliance, training and development, and additional HR strategy and operations.

Justino takes the time to ask questions and listen to employees and management. He works tirelessly with the leadership team to help implement change where needed and guide company culture as Capitol Tech Solutions continues to grow.

Justino leverages his managerial and nonprofit experience for the best working environment and support at CTS. A firm believer in work-life balance and personal freedom, he fosters trust in people's judgment to make choices that work for them, their loved ones, and the company.

Additionally, he organizes company-wide events that include community service projects that beautify Sacramento while establishing familiarity between CTS employees and teams.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento.
