Emma Raggio serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at Capitolis since July 2021. Previously, Emma held several roles at Bridgewater Associates from September 2013 to June 2021, including Management Associate for the Board of Directors, where responsibilities included managing Board-level projects and initiatives, and Management Trainer in Learning and Development, where courses were designed based on Ray Dalio's Principles. Emma also served as Chief of Staff in the Recruiting Department, focusing on administrative functions and efficiency improvements. Earlier experience includes a Business Strategy Internship at KIDS HELPING KIDS INC., which involved developing growth strategies for the nonprofit. Emma graduated from Tufts University in 2013 with a B.A. in Anthropology and Entrepreneurial Leadership.
