Geralyn Casper

Geralyn Casper, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR management and operations. Since April 2005, Geralyn has held the position of Director of Human Resources and Operations at Caplan and Earnest LLC, after previously serving as Director of Human Resources. Prior roles include Senior HR Generalist at GE Access from February 2000 to February 2004 and HR Manager at Key Equipment Finance from July 1997 to January 2000. Geralyn holds an Organizational Development Certification from Mountain States Employers Council and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder. Additional education includes studies at the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 1998.
