Louis Reichenbach

Louis Reichenbach has over 20 years of experience in operations and human resources. Louis began their career in 2000 as a Master Control Operator at WPGH-TV (FOX) / WPNT-TV. In this role, they managed control room operations, implemented technical solutions, and worked with sales and marketing to produce and edit commercial and promotional content. In 2010, they transitioned to KDKA-TV (CBS) / WPCW-TV (CW) as a Master Technical Director | Operations Crew Chief. In this operations leadership role, they held shift responsibility for on-air production activities and workflows, oversaw programming, and ensured all programs were aired of the highest quality. In 2016, Louis moved to CBS Corporation as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were promoted to provide leadership to a team of 46 direct reports within a 24/7 Operations Department with responsibility for a $14MM operating budget. Louis created a culture centered on comradery, implemented new training and professional development programs, and supported employees in identification of their best skills and assets. Since 2019, Louis has been the Director of Operations and Human Resources at InfoBate, where they have also held the roles of Director of Operations and Operations Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Louis Reichenbach obtained their Master's of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied Management, Marketing, and Human Resources, between 2010 and 2012. Louis then obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they studied Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Journalism, between 1996 and 2000. In October 2019, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI.
