Jennifer Garcia

Jennifer Garcia is an experienced professional in growth and operations, currently serving at Caplight since January 2025, where responsibilities include supporting go-to-market and operations strategy for pre-IPO secondary transactions in collaboration with financial institutions. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked at EY-Parthenon from January 2023 to January 2025, contributing to over $100M in tech and consumer sell-side M&A transactions with a focus on commercial diligence and PMO strategy execution. Jennifer's experience also includes a role as a Growth Associate at Stripe, where efforts were focused on outbound business with SMBs and startups, and supporting product strategy at Canva for Education to enhance global adoption. As the first hire at Aura Finance, Jennifer played a pivotal role in founding the go-to-market strategy. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Berkeley, along with minors in Public Policy and Political Economy.
