Ganesh Balaji

Ganesh Balaji currently serves as an Executive in Formulation Research and Development (FR&D) for Injectables and Ophthalmics at Caplin Point Laboratories Ltd, beginning in December 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Junior Executive FR&D at Axxelent Pharma Science Pvt Ltd from June 2022 to November 2023, where Ganesh was involved in the development of ophthalmic and injectable products. A previous position as a Management Trainee FR&D at Bafna Pharmaceuticals Ltd provided exposure to tablet formulations and analytical methods. Educational qualifications include a Master of Technology in Pharmaceutical Operations and Management from BITS Pilani, expected July 2025, and a Bachelor of Technology in Pharmaceutical Technology from Anna University Chennai, completed in July 2022. Additional experience includes participation in event management at Enantra and an internship as a Student Trainee at Tanmed Pharmaceuticals.
