Karl Brier

Karl Brier has extensive experience in financial management and business development, starting as Assistant Vice President at Union Bank of California in 1992. Karl later worked as a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank before joining AML Communications, Inc. as CFO. Moving on, they served as CFO at Line56 Media before becoming Vice President at GE Commercial Finance. At JPMorgan Chase & Co., they held the role of Executive Director & Market Executive, leading the middle market banking group in Los Angeles. Karl then became Senior Vice President at PNC Business Credit, specializing in M&A and turnaround situations. Currently, Karl Brier serves as Managing Director at Cappello Group, Inc.

Karl Brier completed their high school education at Kennedy HS from 1979 to 1983. Karl then obtained a BA in East Asian Studies & International Relations from the University of Southern California from 1983 to 1988. In 1985-1986, they received a Certificate in Japanese Studies from Waseda University. Finally, Karl completed their MBA in Business from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 1994 to 1996.
