Rachel de Minckwitz

Rachel de Minckwitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent transformation and business consultancy. Currently serving as a Managing Consultant at Cappfinity since September 2021, Rachel specializes in designing and delivering immersive talent management programs utilizing innovative technology. Prior to this role, Rachel was with Mind Gym for a decade, where positions included Associate Director of Business Transformation, Client Services Manager, Senior Client Services Project Manager, and Client Services Coordinator. In these roles, Rachel demonstrated expertise in project delivery, client relationship management, and strategic growth initiatives. Rachel began the career as a Parliamentary Assistant and Office Manager at The House of Commons. Academically, Rachel holds a BA Hons in English from the University of Cambridge.
