Mari Altersved is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as a Tech Recruiter and HR Coordinator at Capra since April 2018, Mari contributes to the development and management of IT solutions, technical project leadership, and advising on technology usage for value creation. Prior experience includes roles as Talent Manager and Talent Coordinator at Nova, overseeing the recruitment process for top talent, and positions in retail and customer service at BESTSELLER and Oslo Bar & Bowling. Mari's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Kristiania University College and an exchange semester in Human Resource Management at the University of Hertfordshire.
