Jenny Manuel - White

Jenny Manuel-White currently serves as the Deputy Program Manager at Capra Biosciences, overseeing a significant $7.5 million project awarded through the BioMaP-Consortium. Previously, as a Chemist at Capra, Jenny contributed to developing a novel bioreactor and utilized synthetic biological techniques for production preparation, as well as leading downstream processes for retinoid extraction. At TRAXyL, Inc. as a Research Analyst, Jenny focused on quality control, documentation, and data analysis while collaborating with management on various operational tasks. Jenny started the career as a Laboratory Assistant at the U.S. Department of the Interior, where responsibilities included preparing and analyzing water samples for isotope ratio analysis. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from George Mason University and has completed general studies in Chemistry and Mathematics at Northern Virginia Community College.
