Danielle Bredin has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as the National Customer Service Development Manager at Capral Aluminium since August 2016, following the role of National Customer Service Manager for the Major Customer Group. Prior to this, Danielle held the position of Office/Customer Service Manager for Victoria and Tasmania at GLG from January 2014 to July 2016 and was the Customer Care Team Leader for Victoria at Clipsal from 2005 until December 2013. Danielle is an alumnus of the Academy of Mary Immaculate.
