Liz Simmons

Leading with compassion, humility, and strength, Liz manages the International Operations team and brings in excess of 22 years of industry experience to the role. She is responsible for strategic planning, design, and delivery of services for global relocation and global compensation, ensuring the teams meet and exceed the clients’ and customers’ expectations as well as mentoring and nurturing the next generation of mobility professionals.

Liz has worked in both in-house roles and relocation management companies, providing a holistic understanding of how the process works from both sides. She explores opportunities for operational efficiencies while remembering that the reason they are here is to support employees and their families at what can be a very stressful time.

Liz holds her GMS qualification as well as holding a master’s degree in HR and is a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
