Mary Kate Lively

Mary Kate Lively is a seasoned IT security professional with extensive experience in information security operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of IT Security Operations at Capri Holdings Limited since May 2025, Mary Kate previously held the position of VP, Information Security Manager - SecOps & Engineering at OceanFirst Bank from July 2020 to May 2025, where leadership of security teams and collaboration on long-term security strategy were key responsibilities. Mary's background also includes roles as AVP, Senior Information Security Engineer, and Information Security Analyst at OceanFirst Bank, as well as an Information Security Analyst for Asset Inventories and an IT Technician at Henry Schein. Early career experience includes an internship with Cisco during the 2015 NBA All Star Games. Mary Kate holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Leadership from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Security Systems/Networking from Farmingdale State College.
