Peter Yonan, CPA has a diverse work experience in various roles. Peter started their career as a Seminar Product Sales at Anthony Robbins Company from May 2005 to June 2007. From October 2011 to August 2013, Peter worked as a Senior Audit Associate at Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP, gaining experience in auditing. Peter then joined Gettleson, Witzer, & O'Connor again in August 2013 as a Senior Tax Accountant until May 2014. Their most recent position was at Capricor Therapeutics, Inc., where they served as the Assistant Controller starting from June 2014 to July 2015, and later promoted to the role of Corporate Controller, responsible for overseeing accounting, internal controls, and SEC filings.

Peter then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business at Arizona State University from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Peter attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 2005 to 2007, where they received a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Corporate Finance. Wanting to further specialize their knowledge in accounting, Peter pursued a Certificate in Accounting at UCLA from 2008 to 2009. Their dedication to professional growth led him to obtain the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the California Board of Accountancy in December 2011.
