Agus Halim

Agus Halim has a diverse work experience in the finance and risk management sector. Agus currently works as the Head of Credit at Capricorn Society Ltd since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Synergy (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation) from 2017 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Manager Financial Risk & Corporate Services, Manager Business Services, Financial Risk Manager, Credit and Trading Risk & Treasury Manager, and Credit and Trading Risk Manager. Before joining Synergy, Agus worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Senior Manager in Credit Risk Model Development, Validation & Monitoring, and Collective Provisions Modelling. Agus also worked at Bankwest as a Manager in Risk Systems & Monitoring and as a Senior Credit Risk Analyst. Earlier in their career, Agus worked as a Consultant at CCK Financial Solutions.

Agus Halim completed a Bachelor of Science (Actuarial Science) from Curtin University, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. Agus then pursued further education and obtained an Associate Actuary degree from Macquarie University in 2009. Continuing their educational journey, Agus Halim enrolled in the Institute of Actuaries of Australia in 2011 and received a certification as an Actuary.
