Roderick Hills

Roderick Hills has extensive experience in various roles within the business and technology sectors, currently serving as Platform Manager - Core Transactional and Lead Business Analyst at Capricorn Society Ltd since September 2012. Prior to this, Roderick held positions as SAP Business Analyst / Consultant and Business Process Analyst at Mercedes-Benz South Africa from November 2004 to June 2012. Roderick began their career at Seaview Motors, where responsibilities included Manager / Supervisor from March 2002 to November 2004. Roderick holds a Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a major in Information Systems and Accounting from Rhodes University (2001-2004). Roderick completed secondary education at Selborne College from 1996 to 2000.
