Chris Regalado

Mr. Regalado serves as Director of Engineering for CapRidge Partners. He joined CapRidge Partners in August of 2017 as the Chief Engineer for the Atlanta properties and was promoted to his current position in August 2021.

Chris has over 22 years in Commercial Real Estate with 14 years supervisory experience. Prior responsibilities included the day-to-day operations of the properties with multiple budgets, including R&M, Capital, and TI Construction projects.

Over the years he has worked for Grubb & Ellis, CBRE, Cousins Properties, Transwestern and ACP. He started in residential construction with John Weiland Homes in 1994 and moved to Commercial Real Estate in January of 2000.

His current responsibilities include the oversight of engineering operations and TI projects while maintaining company standards and tenant satisfaction throughout. Other duties include implementing building sustainability by using today’s technology to lower costs in operations and making buildings more energy efficient.
