Jackson Brewer

Jackson Brewer is an Analyst at CapRidge Partners and supports the acquisitions and asset management team. He is involved in deal sourcing, deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, asset management, and disposition of the portfolio.

Before joining CapRidge, Jackson had internships researching and underwriting retail and multifamily properties in Central Texas, for Marcus & Millichap and Sands Investment Group. As well as, working for Capitol Market Research in Austin, conducting research for real estate feasibility studies. He also completed an audit internship for Deloitte, as well as an internship for FTI Consulting valuing litigation damages for a variety of clients across multiple industries.

Jackson attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he completed the five year integrated Master in Professional Accounting Program from the McCombs School of Business. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting.
