Jim McLaughlin serves as project manager for CapRidge Partners. He has over 35 years industry experience serving owner/occupiers of commercial real estate specializing in corporate interiors. Mr. McLaughlin is responsible for selecting and overseeing design teams, construction contractors, conducting budget analysis, contract negotiation, and all facets of project delivery.
