Craig Motichko

Craig Motichko, CPA has a diverse work experience which spans multiple industries.

Craig currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at CapRock Partners, a role they have been in since 2019.

Previously, they worked at PIMCO as a Vice President in Alternative Finance from February 2016 to July 2019.

Before that, Craig spent a significant amount of time at EY, where they held the position of Senior Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of professionals and overseeing assurance services in the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction practice. Craig gained extensive experience in auditing various sub-sectors and types of structures within the real estate industry, as well as knowledge of real estate accounting guidance. Their responsibilities also included SEC filings and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley 404. Additionally, Craig played a role in coordinating specialized industry training and organizing the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction Accounting & Tax Conference.

Earlier in their career, Craig worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half Finance Search from August 2003 to January 2006.

Craig Motichko, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, graduating in 2002. In 2006, they pursued further education at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, where they obtained a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree with a focus on Accounting in 2007. Craig has also obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant from the California Board of Accountancy, although the specific month and year of their certification are not provided.
