Rosie Anderson

Rosie Anderson began their career in 2002 as a Contract Resourcing Consultant at Omnium IT. Rosie then moved to Outsource UK Limited in 2012, where they held the role of Cyber Security Recruitment Specialist and Manager of the Cyber, Engineering & Defence Client Services Team. In 2021, they joined CAPSLOCK as Head of Mentoring & Volunteer Mentor and Honeypot Digital as Co Director and Director of Client Services & Sales. In 2022, Rosie became Co-Founder of BSides Lancashire, and in 2023, they took on the role of Responsible (Ish) Adult at BSides Leeds. Lastly, in 2021, Rosie joined Infostep 2021 as an Infostep Team Member. Throughout their career, Rosie has worked in a variety of tech and cyber roles, building long-term relationships and helping businesses to attract and retain specialist talent.

Rosie Anderson obtained a Certificate in Recruitment Practise from REC in 2009, and an NLP Diploma from NLP in 2011.
