Christel Bourgogne

Christel Bourgogne is a clinical psychologist with extensive experience in various roles dedicated to mental health and education. Currently serving as a clinical psychologist at Edenschool since September 2023, Christel provides support to young individuals with atypical learning profiles, helping them gain confidence. Concurrently, Christel works at CAPSO Cap Social & Solidaire, facilitating mindfulness programs aimed at enhancing self-esteem, emotional regulation, and anxiety reduction. As a part-time instructor at the Faculty of Medicine Rockefeller Lyon I, Christel teaches meditation and sophrology, applying neuroscience to well-being and care. Previously, Christel founded and directed Centre Regards Psy, where comprehensive psychological assessments and therapies were offered, and also directed Centre Cogito'Z Lyon, focusing on learning disabilities and the therapeutic needs of gifted individuals. In earlier years, Christel practiced as a clinical psychologist in private practice. Christel holds a DESS in clinical psychopathology from faculties in Aix Marseille and Lyon 2, and FAPSE in Geneva, earned between 1987 and 1992.
