Emma is a Principle Associate and qualified as a barrister in 2007, having completed her Bar Vocational Course at The University of Law, attaining the grade “Very Competent”. She subsequently cross qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has specifically been representing employers in Employment Tribunal claims since 2010. She has successfully conducted numerous employment tribunal and appeal cases ranging from unfair dismissal to more complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims.
