Giovanna Togneri

After graduating in 2014 with a first class law degree, Giovanna joined the Asset Management Team where she has gained expertise working with housing associations and charities in various residential property matters.

Giovanna is experienced in handling a high volume and fast-paced caseload.

She specialises in staircasing transactions but is also highly experienced in handling other matters such as sales (including under the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire), purchases, statutory and voluntary lease extensions and deeds of variation.
