Jennifer Galligan

Jennifer is a Senior Associate in the Housing and Regeneration team. Jennifer specialises in advising registered providers, charities, public sector bodies and voluntary sector organisations on contractual, procurement, regulatory and governance issues.

Jennifer has extensive experience advising local authorities on contractual arrangements such as IT contracts, service level agreements and grant funding arrangements. Jennifer regularly advises on procurement issues such as the ability to modify existing contracts within the procurement rules. Jennifer also completed her training contract in the legal team of a local authority.
