Jennifer Harris

Jennifer is a principal associate at Capsticks. She previously acted for large composite insurers advising in all aspects of high value EL/PL claims.

She has also acted for local authorities, in particular Members of the Insurance London Consortium, a London bus company and a major international fast food chain. Consequently, Jennifer has extensive experience in a diverse range of claims including Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.

With first-rate technical understanding Jennifer provides key tactical and commercial advice and is able to adapt to the different ethos of each client. She also delivers excellent training on emerging legal developments.
