Jennifer Mone

Jennifer is an associate in the Claims department, specialising in clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts on behalf of NHS Resolution.

She joined Capsticks in September 2017 as a paralegal in the Clinical Law department, handling an independent caseload and supporting fee-earners. She trained at Capsticks and qualified into the Clinical Law team as a solicitor in October 2021.

Jennifer has experience of a variety of high value clinical negligence claims including birth and spinal injuries, as well as complex large group actions. She handles a wide range of pre-action and litigated cases across a range of medical specialties.

Jennifer has worked closely with NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts on secondment, supporting the management of inquests, claims and governance.
