Megan Robson

Megan is an experienced generalist HR practitioner currently specialising in Employee Relations. Megan has 5 years’ experience working in manufacturing, commercial and third sector organisations. Before working for Capsticks she was an HR Advisor for a national solicitors supporting with multiple areas of HR for over 400 employees.

Megan’s role as an HR Advisor is to support clients with end to end employee relations processes. She ensures that the client’s needs are met, that they feel they can rely on her for clear concise advice and that she works to meet the KPI’s set whilst advising on complex cases.

Megan’s expertise is to provide an onsite employee relations service to a core client. This involves delivering on complex investigations including MHPS, B&H matters and ad hoc projects.
